Richa Patel love for food and travel made her fulfill the dream of having a food brand of her own Happy Hour. She decided to make a career in 2021. During COVID-19 being trained by her husband most talented domestic and foreign chef for a year, Richa started making Mexican, Mediterranean and Italian Sauce, Taco’s, tortilla, etc. with locally grown ingredients, Some of ingredients she is growing at her own farm for freshness and cut the cost compare to import. Since food has really good authentic test she open first Restaurant at Baroda. Today, she is the proud co-owner of successful outlets in Vadodara and Ahemdabad. She’d faced a lot of problems initially regarding the ingredients, but despite all odds, she claimed her position and came up with this exciting concept of Happy Hour. She gives all credits to her in-laws and friends who gave her support and encouragement as well as guidelines.
